At the soul of Prana Wellness Group are Bridget and Coby King—partners in life, healing, and purpose. Bridget brings the breath of life to each offering as a Master Yoga Instructor and Breathwork Coach, guiding you into deeper embodiment, nervous system balance, and inner stillness. Coby, a certified Health Coach and Holistic Chef, nourishes from the inside out, blending ancestral nutrition with intuitive wisdom to create meals and teachings that ground and restore delight.

Together, they hold space for true transformation—gently guiding their tribe through nervous system healing, mindful movement, and soulful nourishment. Their approach isn’t about perfection or quick fixes; it’s about listening inward, aligning with your truth, and creating sustainable rituals that bring you home to yourself.
