Join us at Prana House in Granbury, Texas for an all-inclusive, residential 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified Yoga Teacher Training, where your daily environment becomes part of your transformation. Over 10 sacred days, you’ll step away from everyday distractions and dive into a fully embodied experience of yoga, nervous system healing, conscious movement, and personal evolution.
