Balance is the Greatest Goal in Health
Everything at Prana Wellness integrates mind and body, breath and movement, nervous system balance and nutrition to help you live the best life you can. Balance in all aspects of health is our ultimate goal.
Food Matters
To practice yoga without intelligent nutrition is like trying to run uphill with rocks tied to your ankles. Food is the biggest variable in your health, and we teach a non-dogmatic approach to nutrition based on modern science and real-world application.
Be Your Own Guru
In daily classes, there is no chanting, chakras or incense. We believe fitness science should be taught and spirituality should discovered, personally and individually. We reject group-think and dogma, and respect each individual as both a student and a teacher in their own right. We’re a secular organization and welcome people of all faiths.

Bridget King is a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor, trainer, and breath coach with a 500-hour Ashtanga Yoga Degree from Barcelona, Spain, and a Yoga Trapeze Certification. As the founder of Prana Wellness Group's Yoga Training Academy, Bridget brings over two decades of experience in guiding students towards a holistic journey of mind-body integration.
With a deep understanding of the nervous system and a focus on breathwork, Bridget’s classes are designed to challenge, inspire, and rejuvenate. She specializes in teaching both beginners and advanced students, ensuring every class meets individual needs. Bridget’s unique approach incorporates childlike spontaneity, intuition, and a blend of Ashtanga and Aerial Yoga Sling to create euphoric and transformative experiences.
Her mission is to empower students to connect deeply with their bodies and minds, fostering emotional resilience and inner peace. Bridget works with clients of all shapes and sizes, helping them to prevent and heal chronic pain and injuries. She believes in pushing the body out of its comfort zone while providing a supportive environment to discipline the mind and tame self-sabotaging thoughts.
Bridget’s holistic philosophy emphasizes the importance of controlling the mind to create a powerful and connected life journey. She encourages her students to move their prana and release energies stuck within the body, promoting healing and well-being from within.

Zsabrina Frye
Yoga Mat & Aerial Teacher / Reiki & Gong Master
​Zsabrina began her journey to awareness and reawakening to her own truest nature by taking a stand first with her own health then delving deeply into her Self. From creative writing, drawing and painting to rock climbing and aerial silks, no path has been as challenging and transformative as going within. Becoming a Reiki practitioner was her first step, opening her eyes to the world of potential as a healer not only for others but herself as well. Through this door she found amazing opportunities to work with a tribe of wonderful people from Weatherford to Granbury and the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Utilizing mindful meditation, her initial classes in mind and body transformation for others was through art and guided meditation. As she expanded her knowledge and practice, attaining her Reiki Master Teacher certification and learning other healing modalities, this Gong Master now incorporates sound healing with gongs into all she does for an experience beyond what the ears hear. As if her life was not already blessed with opportunity, these final steps, as well as a desire to maintain a practice with aerial silks, lead her to completing a Trapeze Yoga certification through YogaBody and a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga certification which allows her to guide others in classes for strength and flexibility. Whether you are on a journey for building strength through fitness or building soul through holistic practices, she hopes you find your own door and remains grateful for any who grants her the honor of sharing that journey with them.

Dana Gibson
Yoga Mat & Kundalini Teacher
With over 25 years of experience, Dana Gibson brings a deep passion for movement and mindful connection to her yoga classes. Her background in classical ballet gives her a unique understanding of body alignment and graceful flow, which she weaves seamlessly into her teaching.

Dana has studied with renowned yoga professionals, including John Friend and Rodney Yee, continuously expanding her knowledge and practice. She is certified with YogaFit and is dedicated to guiding students with gentle, intentional instruction. Her classes focus on proper form, mindful breathwork, and creating a nurturing space where students can move with ease and confidence.
