As your wellness advisors, our goal is not to impose a strict diet on you. Rather, we aim to collaborate with you to understand why certain foods make you feel better than others, and how to strategically use that knowledge. Together, we'll establish reasonable time frames and actionable objectives to co-create health goals that align with your vision.
Our approach is rooted in the belief that life is unpredictable and your needs will change. Our focus is on empowering you to be your own expert, rather than relying on the latest fad diet book or magazine article.
We believe in starting with what you value most in terms of well-being, and using those values to motivate specific goals that will bring you closer to where you want to be. Unlike most approaches to healthy eating, which center around counting calories and tracking macros, we take a more holistic approach. Instead of creating lists of good and bad foods, we help our clients make basic improvements and implement gradual changes. As these small changes accumulate, our clients often find that they make a much larger impact than anticipated.
Our coaching is completely personalized and based on your goals, unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources. We work with you to identify what you want to improve and co-create actionable steps to move you closer to your ideal vision of health.
It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.
Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. Our approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.
Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
