Our Partner Yoga Connection class blends 30 minutes of Acro Yoga, 30 minutes of Sling Yoga, and guided breathwork to help you explore trust, communication, and shared presence. Whether you're best friends, siblings, co-workers, or longtime companions, this class offers a delightful way to bond, laugh, and support one another. WHAT TO EXPECT • ACRO YOGA: Experience uplifting, partner-based yoga poses that cultivate trust, collaboration, and play. Together, you’ll explore supportive acrobatic movements that foster connection and fun. • SLING YOGA: Use yoga slings to enhance your practice and shared experience. Enjoy stretching and restorative poses that promote mutual support and mindful relaxation. • BREATHWORK & NERVOUS SYSTEM SYNC: Guided breathing exercises designed to calm the nervous system and help you synchronize with your partner in presence and energy. JOYFUL CONNECTION: A lighthearted, welcoming space filled with laughter, encouragement, and playful exploration.
