Service Description

Designed to target arms, shoulders, core and hand grip, this class is an intensive flow to build strength and prepare you for more advanced trapeze moves and poses. Pairing well with floor yoga, the flows and routines here work different muscle groups not as easily accessed through regular yoga. The benefit of inversion allows your spine to open and creates space between the discs for natural relief. **Please book all classes online at least 1 hour in advance. If no one is signed up, the teacher will not be present.**
