Join us for a deeply relaxing evening at Prana combining sound and stillness. Settle into your silk cocoon for an immersive Aerial Sound Bath as layers of sound and vibration surround you. We’ll finish together with tea + light snacks. No yoga, aerial or sound-healing experience is necessary. Space is extremely limited to the number of available silks, so advance registration is required.
