Join Prana for a nervous-system-loving Sunday reset in nature—part movement meditation, part breathwork, part grounding ritual… followed by a silent hike that turns the volume down on your mind and brings you back to your body. This is for the beautifully weird souls who know they don’t need “more hustle”—they need more earth, breath, and presence.
